Hearts Linked Inc will be helping our children who all have not been able to get out, socialize and have fun since we have been in this pandemic. We all have been affected and this will give them a chance to get dressed up, have some fun and get back to some normalcy. We have challenged ourselves to make a positive difference in the life of our youth.
